How long can a candidate work at my place?
Housemaids work full time where they stay at your house for 24 hours or they work part time and work flexibly between 8AM to 6PM.
Cooks are mostly part time which usually depends on the availability in your area.
Caretakers, Ayahs and Governess work full time and also agree to do Day shifts or Night shifts.
Drivers usually work from 8AM to 8PM.
What kind of work do the housemaids generally do ?
All household work including cleaning, dusting, sweeping & moping, cooking, child care, old person care etc.
Are these maids literate?
Their education is usually between Vth to VIIth Std.
From where these maids come ?
They are either local people or come from nearby village in Maharashtra.
Do they have the experience of house hold work?
Yes, they have the experience of doing the work with previous employer excepting few cases. However every house has the different way of working which you may have to get her familiar.
Do they take the holidays?
Yes, they are entitled for 2 days holidays in a month which may be decided mutually.
What happens if the maid provided to us is not up to the mark OR she wants to leave the job and go back?
We will offer replacement of maid in such case up to 1 year from the date of joining the 1st maid (6 months in case of registrations outside of Mumbai).
What is the guarantee of the maid provided by the agency?
We provide the complete detail of the maid viz..Copy of Aadhar card,photograph and information of her where about.
What are the areas where you can provide the maid ?
We provide the maid through out India.
